Based on your preferences, we will choose the most suitable izakaya (Japanese pub) for you. We mainly take you to izakayas that specialize in seafood, meat dishes, or standing bars. These are not high-end izakayas, but rather local spots frequented by residents. Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies or dislikes.
 
A local guide will show you around Kagurazaka, Tokyo's most renowned gourmet district. Having lived in Kagurazaka for 25 years, the guide knows the area inside and out. They will take you to wonderful izakayas hidden in back alleys that only locals know about. Despite being one of Tokyo's premier culinary destinations, Kagurazaka remains a hidden treasure for foreign travelers, largely unknown to them.
 
With most izakayas only offering Japanese menus, you won't have any trouble ordering as the guide will translate for you. Why not enjoy delicious food and drinks while engaging in conversations with the local guide about Kagurazaka, Tokyo, and Japan's history and traditional performing arts?
