"Hotel pick-up and drop-off" refers to our English-guided service from your hotel to the experience location, or vice versa. Your transportation costs are not included.
 
After payment, you are free to choose between public transportation, taxi, or walking. Please select your preferred mode of transportation. We will also provide information on the best transportation options available.
 
Navigating Tokyo's public transportation can be complex. Learning how to use it with an English guide during this hotel pick-up service can also be a valuable experience for travelers.
 
This service price is for 'Hotel pick-up and drop-off' within a 30-minute one-way distance from your hotel to the experience location. For travel times within 30 minutes one way, the round-trip fee is ¥6,000. Please select 'Hotel pick-up and drop-off' Quantity as 2 before making payment.
 
For locations requiring more than 30 minutes one way, there is an additional charge of ¥3,000 per each additional 30 minutes for pick-up and drop-off services. If your travel time is between 30 minutes and 1 hour, please select 'Hotel pick-up and drop-off' Quantity as 2 (totaling ¥6,000) before making payment.  Please contact us if you are unsure about the travel time.
 
We do not offer standalone hotel pick-up and drop-off services. Please always book it together with another experience tour.
