These peaches are delightfully sweet, with a subtle pink hue, and are large and juicy.
"Yasai no Kanematsu," founded in 1917, is a long-established greengrocer that deals with vegetables and fruits grown without any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Nagano Prefecture ranks third in peach production in Japan, following Yamanashi and Fukushima. The famous "Kawanakajima Hakuto" peach variety, known for its firm, crunchy texture, is produced in Nagano City. Please note that the variety of peaches may vary depending on the supply each week.

"Couches de bonheur" means "layers of happiness" in French. At "Couches de bonheur," you can watch pastry chef Sayumi Ono, dressed in a kimono, create the parfait in front of you. You can also ask questions and take photos. Additionally, you can enjoy a matcha tea prepared by yourself, along with three cups of tea carefully selected by the tea sommelier to complement the parfait.
