1. Tempura Udon: Handmade Noodles & Crispy Tempura


Have you ever made udon from scratch? In this experience, you'll knead the dough, stretch it, and cut it into perfect udon noodles. But that’s not all—what pairs better with udon than crispy, golden-brown tempura? Learn how to prepare perfectly battered seasonal vegetables and shrimp tempura to enjoy with your freshly made udon.

2. Sushi Rolls: Makizushi & Temakizushi


Sushi is one of the most iconic Japanese dishes, and now you can master it! In this class, you will learn how to prepare two types of sushi rolls:


Makizushi (rolled sushi): Neatly rolled with fresh ingredients inside a sheet of nori (seaweed).


Temakizushi (hand-rolled sushi): A fun, interactive way to enjoy sushi by rolling your own cone-shaped sushi with your favorite ingredients.

By adding these experiences, our Washoku class now provides an even deeper and more diverse exploration of Japan’s culinary culture.
