Live Parfait Making and Tea Tasting

Live Parfait Making by Patissier and Tea Tasting with Selected Matcha and Teas by Tea Sommelier at "Couches de bonheur" in Kagurazaka

The Unique Features of Our Parfait

Our parfait is not just sweet; it also incorporates salty, sour, and savory elements, along with various textures, creating an exquisite experience similar to enjoying a full-course meal.

We carefully select fruits from specific regions, crafting layers that offer surprising changes and deep flavors, meticulously calculating the perfect harmony of sweetness in every bite.

From the first taste to the last, you will savor the entire parfait, embodying the true meaning of "perfect," which is the origin of the word parfait.

Introduction of Patissier

Patissier, Sayumi Ono chose a school where she could obtain both a cooking license and a high school diploma to pursue her dream of becoming a patissier, a dream she has had since she was five years old.

She then spent eight years at the luxurious XIV Hakone Rikyu, where she was responsible for course desserts and lounge cakes.

After mastering the basics, she decided to leave the behind-the-scenes work to present desserts directly to customers and see their smiles up close. This determination led her to her current path, where she can fully showcase her skills and experience.

Introduction of Tea Sommelier

We are honored to collaborate with the up-and-coming tea sommelier, Mr. Ryosuke Takano, whose tea pairings are highly sought after by various Michelin-starred restaurants.

Not only does he select teas from around the world, but he also curates three exquisite teas from across Japan. These selections perfectly complement our parfaits and allow you to appreciate the stories and nuances behind each tea leaf, providing a sense of tranquility.
